• DAV Public School, ECL, Jhanjra Area has successfully accomplished his mission to make the school premise “a plastic carry bag free zone” since the beginning of academic session 2019-2020.
• Students of DAV Public School, ECL, Jhanjra Area made the school proud by winning laurels in DAV National Sports (W.B Zone) 2019 and getting selected to represent W.B. Zone in national level. Muskan Singh of Class-VIII won Silver medals both in 300m and 500m of Skating competition whereas Anchal Kumari brought two Bronze medals in 500m and 1000m of the same event. Md Shoyeb Mia of standard VII won Bronze medal in Taekwondo (Boys’) and Salika Sara of class VIII will be a part of the Kho Kho Team of W.B. Zone in DAV National Sports 2019.
