NOTICE

ADMISSION OPEN FROM NURSERY- Class IX : 2024-25

Registration Forms for Admission to Classes Nursery to Class IX for the Academic Session 2024-25 are available:

• In offline mode :- from school office counter (9:00 a.m. - 2.00 p.m on all working days)
• In online mode :- in the school website www.davjnjweb.com(any time)

AGE RECKONER

            Registration Fee = Rs. 500/-

o       (Payable using Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI at School office counter in case of offline mode AND Payable using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking  through the payment gateway in case of online mode)

o     Filled-in Registration Forms along with one photocopy of each document (attested by parents) to be submitted in hard copy at the School Office counter from 11.09.2023 (Both Offline & Online Mode)  on all working days between 9.00 am to 2.00 pm. At the time of submission of Registration Form, all the original documents are to be furnished for verification.

N.B:

• Submission of Registration form does not guarantee admission and subject to number of vacancies available.
• Incomplete registration form and registration form with false information (if found at a later stage) will be treated as cancelled and no fee will be refunded.
• The School Authority reserves all right for admission.

Guidelines for filling up online Registration form for New Admission for the Session 2024-25

• Registration Forms for Admission to Classes Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Standard-I for the Academic Session 2024-25 are available in online and offline mode in the school office & website (www.davjnjweb.com)

• To apply for online Admission for the Session 2024-25 applicants have to visit the school website. Applicant’s e-mail id and mobile number are required to generate Code. Code/Password will be sent to that Mobile no. /e- mail id. This code/Password is to be used next for ‘Log in’.

• Photos (JPG/JPEG/PNG) of candidate & parents (less than 100KB) (Mandatory) and other documents (PDF) (less than 200KB) are to be uploaded (Not mandatory) while filling up the Admission Form.

• After filling up all the required details of the form and submission applicants have to complete the payment procedure of Registration Fee successfully. Otherwise their application will not be accepted.

• Online Registration Fees – Rs. 500 /-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) (Payable using Credit Card / Debit Card/Net Banking) through payment gateway linked with the form.

• An intimation message will be sent to the registered mobile no. /e-mail id after successful submission of Form and Payment of Registration Fee.

• Applicants have to keep a print out of the successfully submitted Application Form to produce at the time of submission of Form along with self attested photocopies of other required documents.

# Applicants must follow the Age Reckoner given in the Admission Notice while applying for the class to which Admission to be sought for the Academic Session 2024-25.
